Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from UniXtra. If you wish to return your Uni Basic Kit, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused and returned in their original condition where possible. To arrange a return, please contact us here. We will provide instructions on how to return your order. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as UniXtra cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once the returned items have been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you. Any refund due will include the purchase price of the affected goods and, where applicable, the original delivery charge and reasonable return postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you exercise your legal right to cancel an online order, you may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop to determine their nature, characteristics, and suitability. However, if the goods show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. Where returned goods have been significantly damaged, altered, or used beyond reasonable examination, a full refund may not be available.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase may be required for all returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements. This policy applies to purchases made through the UniXtra website. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
